Meet your safari guide for pick up after breakfast. He will also take you through a quick briefing on what you should expect on 15 days adventure Uganda safari. Your journey begins from Kampala via Luweero triangle-Masindi to Murchison Falls National Park the only national park in Northwestern Uganda. You will spend about 5-6 hours and on the way, you will make a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. Thereafter, drive to Masindi Town for lunch and then enter Murchison Falls National Park through the Kichumbanyobo gate. Continue to the top of Murchison Falls for breathtaking views and photography. After, drive to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and a night stay.

Have a delicious cup of tea or coffee and after, embark on a 3 to 4 hours’ game drive via the Northern circuit of Murchison Falls National Park. You will catch a glimpse at enormous species of wildlife including among others lions, leopards, African bush elephants, warthogs, buffaloes, Rothschild giraffes, antelopes, bird species. Return thereafter to have lunch and some relaxation.
At 2:00 pm, you have a launch trip or boat cruise along Victoria Nile to the bottom of Murchison Falls. This is a 3-hour water sports experience and it allows you to see numerous wildlife including the Nile crocodiles, hippos, water birds and many more. Once you disembark from Baker’s rock and spend 45 minutes to hike to the top of Murchison Falls. While here, you will be amazed by the scenic view of Murchison Falls as it bubbles while squeezing itself in a narrow gorge of about 7 meters, take pictures of the waterfalls and have a chance to see the permanent rainbow. Meet your driver-guide thereafter and connect to your lodge for dinner and a night stay.

You are expected to get up early to have breakfast and later, drive to Kibale Forest National Park in Western Uganda. Drive through Hoima and in Fort Portal, you will stop to have lunch. Kibale Forest National Park sits in an area of 795sq.kms and it protects about 13 different primate species including over 1500 chimpanzees; 350 bird species.

Begin your day with an early morning breakfast and after, you will be expected at Kanyanchu Visitor Center for a briefing on the set guidelines for chimpanzee tracking. After the briefing, the park office will put you in a group of six visitors and also allocate you an experienced park ranger guide. You may begin a trek to see chimpanzees from the visitor center or the driver can drop you to a point where treks begin.
What is amazing is that this 2-4-hour primate experience gets you a chance to see not only chimpanzees but also other primate species including L’Hoest monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, red colobus monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys; birds and unique plant species. Thereafter, you can choose to walk back or the driver guide will pick you up at a point he dropped you and you connect to your lodge to have lunch and relax.
At 2:00 pm, drive to Bigodi Wetland for a guided nature walk which allows you to catch a glimpse at varied species of primates, birds and other wildlife species.
