Day 1: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport

Today, you will fly to Jomo Kenyatta Airport where you will meet your Kenya safari guide. Transfer to your hotel for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Travel from Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will leave Nairobi for Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the best and most popular reserves in East Africa. This reserve is well-known for its diverse wildlife including the big game, wildebeest migration and a huge concentration of bird species. Dinner and overnight stay at safari lodge.

Day 6: Game drive in Lake Nakuru and fly to Entebbe Airport

Day 7: Drive to Jinja and explore the source of the Nile

Have breakfast early in the morning and later, you will drive to Jinja. You will engage in white water rafting adventure along the source of the Nile. Other optional activities to engage in while at Jinja include boat ride, bungee jumping, Kayaking, horseback riding and many more. Drive back to Kampala to relax, dinner and overnight stay will be at a hotel.

Day 8: Leave Kampala/Entebbe for Kibale Forest National Park

Leave Kampala after breakfast from the hotel and then drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Take the Kampala-Mubende-Fort Portal route to Kibale with lunch stopover at a hotel in Fort Portal city. The entire trip covers approximately 5-6 hours and you will enjoy the view of the countryside tea plantations and surrounding areas. Day 9: Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest National Park

Have breakfast early in the morning and after, drive or walk to Kanyanchu visitor centre for briefing on chimpanzee trekking rules. This begins at 7:00am and at 8:00am, you will commence your trek to view, explore the general behavior of chimpanzees. The chimpanzee trek may last you 2-4 hours and it includes 1 hour of magical encounter. Being primate world, expect to enjoy sight of other primates, birds, butterflies and a lot more. Lunch break will be made to your lodge.

At 2:00am, Bigodi swamp will be your point of interest but basically for guided nature walk. This is for you to get the best view of more primates, birds plus other mammals. Dinner and overnight stay will be at your lodge of your preference.

At 8:00am, start your search for mountain gorillas with your packed lunch and bottled since this may lasting for 2-6 hours including 1 hour of magical encounter. Retreat from a gorilla trek to relax at the lodge then have an afternoon visit to Batwa community on cultural experience. Dinner and overnight stay at gorilla safari lodge around Bwindi.
